I'm sorry, I know you didn't take it... It was me who sent it away. My confession to you: I put it in your pocket when you weren't looking and I made sure that it stayed in there. I convinced that little heart of mine that the only place where it belonged was by your side...
And it feels weird now... this emptiness inside. Not painful, at least it doesn't hurt for now... But I miss you, and I miss it. I hope you both are fine. Please take care of it when you see it. Maybe I shouldn't have sent it... so, so far away.... must be feeling lonelier than I am.
So I'd beg you to take good care of it until it finds the way back. And I would beg you not to break it, if I only had the courage to let you read these lines.
